This duplex apartment called for clear zoning and a strong sense of luxury throughout. Working within tight spatial constraints, we focused on smart planning and purposeful design to define distinct living areas without compromising flow.
Bespoke joinery became key, custom TV units and tailored headboards were used to maximise space while adding a refined, made to measure feel.
