Bermondsey Marketing Suite - Berkeley Homes

Studio 9 Design was appointed by Berkeley Homes to design the marketing suite for the Bermondsey development, a location steeped in character, history, and the energy of central London living.

Our brief was to create a space that captures the vibrant spirit of Bermondsey; contemporary, dynamic and effortlessly aligned with its trendy urban surroundings. The design needed to sit comfortably within this lively context while offering a refined environment for prospective buyers to experience the development.

Working closely with the Berkeley team, we carefully mapped the customer journey, ensuring the flow through the space felt intuitive and welcoming from the moment visitors arrive. The experience begins at the meet and greet reception, designed to allow the team to comfortably welcome clients and guide them seamlessly to the appropriate seating areas, creating a natural and relaxed transition into the sales conversation.

The layout was thoughtfully structured to support different stages of engagement , from informal discussions at the high bar areas, to more focused conversations within the meeting spaces, all centred around the architectural model display, which acts as a key focal point within the suite.

Studio 9 Design developed and delivered an extensive package of bespoke joinery, including the reception desk, high bar areas, model display stand, meeting room joinery, and custom banquette seating throughout the space. This crafted approach allowed us to shape a cohesive and highly functional environment tailored to the sales process.

Alongside the bespoke elements, we led the full interior specification, carefully curating materials, finishes, furniture and lighting to create a layered and sophisticated interior that reflects both the development and its Bermondsey setting.
