For the Watford Junction Marketing Suite at Berkeley Homes, part of the Eight Gardens development, the design was driven by a clear narrative, bringing the outdoors in and reflecting the scheme’s green identity.

Targeted at a young professional audience, the marketing suite was conceived as a versatile, open environment. Bespoke joinery played a key role, allowing us to create distinct zones within the large, airy space, defining areas for hot desking, informal meetings, and relaxed breakout, while maintaining a cohesive flow.

A feature green wall anchors the scheme, reinforcing the planting concept and introducing texture and vibrancy. Paired with natural materials and clean detailing, the result is a marketing suite that feels fresh, flexible, and engaging, designed to showcase the lifestyle of Eight Gardens as much as the development itself.
