As part of the Berkeley Homes portfolio, this landmark three tower development on City Road saw our involvement from the outset. We played a key role in shaping the build specification for the penthouses, alongside the design of multiple show apartments and the communal space establishing a cohesive, high-end language across the scheme.

Our approach focused on elevating everyday living through carefully considered layouts, refined material palettes, and detailed joinery, ensuring each space felt both functional and distinctly premium.

Five years on, we’ve returned to the project to dress one of its final penthouses, bringing a layered, furnished finish that enhances the architecture and completes the vision. It’s a full-circle moment, adding the final layer of character and lifestyle to a scheme we helped define from the beginning.
